Eshipr offers shipping services across India, subject to the serviceability of pickup and delivery locations supported by our courier partners.

Shipping charges are calculated based on shipment weight, dimensions, distance, service type, and courier partner rates. Final charges are displayed before order confirmation.

5. Pickup & Packaging

Users are responsible for ensuring proper packaging of shipments. Improper packaging may result in delays, damage, or rejection by the courier partner.

6. Prohibited & Restricted Items

Users must not ship illegal, hazardous, restricted, or prohibited items. Any shipment found in violation of regulations may be cancelled without refund.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Claims related to lost or damaged shipments are subject to courier partner policies. Eshipr acts solely as a facilitator and does not guarantee compensation unless insurance is opted for (if available).

8. Return to Origin (RTO)

If a shipment is undelivered due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal, it may be returned to origin. RTO charges will be borne by the user.

9. Policy Updates

Eshipr reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
